Practical Committee

The Practical Committee of the Association of Intellectual Property Lawyers has 2 functions: registration of intellectual property objects, judicial protection of intellectual property objects. Taking into account the enormous historical and Geographical significance of the Republic of Armenia and the absence of registered guaranteed traditional products, including a small number of registrations of geographical indications, the Association is working to study, find beneficiaries, including the registration of these objects on a charitable basis. Judicial protection is a pro bono judicial representation by representatives of the Association on intellectual property law. Taking into account the small number of appeals to the copyright court, including a small number of cases on intellectual property, the committee aims to solve the problem of the lack of protection of the authors of their rights.
