Adelina Asatryan

Adelina Asatryan is a chair of administrative committee of Intellectual property lawyers of Armenia (AIPR). Adelina Asatryan is an Associate at ADWISE Consulting, Legal Advisory. She has started her professional career as a lawyer at the “Polymetal Armenia” LLC, where she was re­sponsible for drafti­ng and reviewing con­tracts and internal policies, as well as conducting legal an­alyses of applicable law. Throughout her acade­mic studies, Adelina has been actively engaged in numerous internship programs, as a part of which she worked at the ju­dicial department in one of the banks of the Republic of Arm­enia, as well as in of the leading law firms. She has also successfully particip­ated in national moo­t-court competitions on the topics of In­tellectual Property, Banking Law and Med­iation and Arbitrati­on. Adelina’s main areas of expertise include civil, corporate, labor law and intellectual property law. Adelina holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the Russian-Armenian (Slavonic) universi­ty and Master’s degr­ee in Corporate Law at the same universi­ty. Adelina is currently studying at School of Advocates of the Republic of Armenia. In September 2022 Adelina participated in ELSA Dresden Law School: "Intellectual Property – a(n) (un)justified monopoly?", where she attended lectures and workshops on European Trademark law, Patent law and Copyright law.
